The Rikkon oil pump model SVM 99 is an air operated single stroke oil pump. It requires air for both forward and return stroke.

The Rikon high pressure grease injectors dispense definite amount of lubricant as per bearing requirement. The injectors can be installed individually or grouped on a manifold of various outlets. These type of injector can be used in the system with SVM-33, SVM-32 and SVM-11.

The Rikkon low pressure oil injectors dispense definite amount of lubricant as per bearing requirement. The oil injectors can be installed individually or grouped on a manifold of various outlets. These type of injector can be used in the system with SVM-43, SVM-42 and SVM-44.

The Rikkon progressive distributors are sequential type of lubrication distributing units. These units operate progressively to dispense the lubricant fed by the pump into preset individual volumes to the connected lubrication points. It is suitable for operating with mineral oils and greases up to a consistency of NLGI Gr.2.

This air operated pump offered by us, requires air for both forward and return stroke. Clear transparent reservoir is provided in this pump for keeping track of the lubricant level. Low level proximity sensor is also provided in this equipment. It can generate high pressure of 25:1 ratio pump and has a spring operated follower assembly. Some of the features of this equipment are: * 1750 cc capacity reservoir * Balancing valve and Vent are supplied as standard accessories * Recommended grade of lubricant up to nlgi 2.

We offer a single acting pneumatic pump with Output of 7.5 cc per stroke and it uses spring operated return, thus requiring only air for forward stroke. This equipment has an inbuilt balancing valve with 1.5 kg Grease capacity. Our pneumatic pump enables output from top and with its transparent reservoir grease level can be easily observed.
