Started in 1996 and later becoming as private limited in the year 2004, S.V.A Rikkon Lubes Private Limited is a growing organization excelling in manufacturing and supplying lubrication equipment for industrial and automotive sectors like industrial oil pumps, industrial grease pumps, shell oil coolers, industrial grease pumps, spray pumps, oil injectors, grease injectors, motorized grease pumps, motorized barrel pumps, lube oil system, motorized oil pump and many more. These are highly efficient in handling difficult lubrication problems and are energy efficient, environmentally safe, durable, corrosion resistant and operational in varying temperatures.
We have two manufacturing units located in Athipet and Maduravasal in Chennai, an industrial hub of Tamil Nadu. Our industry rich vicinity facilitates in trading and manufacturing our lubricating equipment in adherence to the demands of our esteemed clients.We provide solutions for applications ranging from manual lubrication for simple automated systems to large-scale centralized installations in any industry. Product Portfolio We manufacture lubes oil systems from small system for machine tools to large system for turbines and mills. Regrading grease lubes system for turbines and mills, we manufacture small 2 kg lubes points. We manufacture injector type single line systems to large 200 kg dual line system having more than 500 lubes points. We manufacture injector type single line systems, progressive systems, dual line systems, transfer pumps and spray systems. We can supply the systems in a complete package complete programmable controller, grease distributors or injectors having proximity for performance observation, air line connections, lubes line connections, installation & commissioning, regular annual maintenance contracts, etc.
Available in standard and customized form these are energy saving, durable, ensures spraying direct precise amounts of grease or oil to bearings & other lubrication functions.
